ContractorKit Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ContractorKit, a quoting tool for contractors made by Hammertime Consulting LLC ("we", "us"). By using ContractorKit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
ContractorKit helps contractors create professional quotes and invoices. All data you enter stays on your device. The app requires no account.
3. Pro unlock
ContractorKit is free with limits (3 active jobs, 10 total documents). A one-time Pro purchase removes these limits permanently. The purchase is processed by Apple under Apple's terms and is tied to your Apple ID. It is non-transferable except as Apple allows and non-refundable except as Apple permits.
4. Your responsibility for quotes
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of quotes, prices, taxes, and business terms you create. ContractorKit is a drafting tool, not a pricing authority. Verify all figures before sending them to clients.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the app's source code; (b) use the app for any unlawful purpose; (c) misrepresent the app as endorsed by any trade organization.
6. Intellectual property
ContractorKit, including its code and design, is owned by Hammertime Consulting LLC. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your business purposes. Documents you create are yours.
7. Disclaimer
ContractorKit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will meet your business requirements or be error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hammertime Consulting LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost business or inaccurate quotes.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
