LanternFalls Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LanternFalls, a garden merge puzzle game made by Hammertime Consulting LLC ("we", "us"). By installing or playing LanternFalls, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
2. The game
LanternFalls is a free-to-play merge puzzle game. Game progress, petals, decorations, and settings are stored on your device. The game offers one optional rewarded advertisement per day on the Daily screen; watching it is never required to play.
3. Eligibility
LanternFalls is rated for general audiences. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may play only with a parent or guardian's permission.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the game's source code; (b) use cheats, exploits, automation, or modified clients; (c) interfere with the game's operation or other players' experience; (d) use the game for any unlawful purpose.
5. Virtual items
Petals, decorations, and other in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and are licensed to you, not sold. We may adjust game balance, items, or features at any time.
6. Intellectual property
LanternFalls, including its artwork, music, code, and the LanternFalls name, is owned by Hammertime Consulting LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the game for personal, non-commercial use.
7. Third-party services
Rewarded ads are served by Google AdMob under Google's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party ad content.
8. Disclaimer
LanternFalls is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hammertime Consulting LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
