ReturnCrate Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ReturnCrate, a return-tracking app made by Hammertime Consulting LLC ("we", "us"). By using ReturnCrate, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
ReturnCrate helps you track product returns and organize return documents. All data you enter stays on your device. The app requires no account.
3. Pro unlock
ReturnCrate offers an optional Pro lifetime purchase that unlocks premium features permanently. The purchase is processed by Apple under Apple's terms and is tied to your Apple ID. It is non-transferable except as Apple allows and non-refundable except as Apple permits.
4. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of return records, dates, and documents you enter. ReturnCrate is an organizational tool; it does not file returns with retailers on your behalf and does not guarantee any return outcome.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the app's source code; (b) use the app for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
ReturnCrate, including its code and design, is owned by Hammertime Consulting LLC. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal use. Records you create are yours.
7. Disclaimer
ReturnCrate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will meet your requirements or be error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hammertime Consulting LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including missed return deadlines.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
