Delete your BickerFix account
Option 1: in the app (fastest)
- Open BickerFix and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Deletion happens immediately.
Option 2: without the app
Email Hammertimeconsultingllc@gmail.com from the email address on your BickerFix account, with the subject "Delete my BickerFix account". We will confirm that the request came from the account owner and complete the deletion within 7 days, then reply to confirm.
What is deleted, and what is kept
- Deleted: your account information (email, display name, pronouns), disputes you started (for everyone), and your participant records in other people's disputes.
- May remain: AI-generated summaries already shared with other participants in disputes they started.
- Kept: verified subscription records from Apple or Google Play, linked to the deleted account, to prevent unauthorized reuse. These records are retained as long as needed for fraud prevention and are never used for marketing.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
