If you reinstall the app or switch devices, open the paywall and tap “Restore purchases” while signed in with the same Apple ID you purchased with.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > BickerFix to change or cancel.

Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

All payments are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

In the app, go to Settings > Delete Account. This permanently deletes your profile and disputes.

Is the AI biased toward whoever starts the dispute?: No. The AI does not take sides in advance and who initiated gives no advantage; it weighs what each side actually wrote and the stronger argument wins.
What is pass-the-phone mode?: Both people can present their cases on one device by passing the phone back and forth; the second person joins as a guest.
Do I need an account?: Yes — sign in with your email or Sign in with Apple to save your disputes and sync across devices.
Why was my dispute flagged?: BickerFix is for everyday disagreements. Content that looks unsafe or manipulative may be flagged by our safety checks; the AI never provides legal or medical advice.
The app says I am out of free disputes.: Your free dispute renews each month, or you can buy a Dispute Pass or go Premium for unlimited resolutions.
