BickerFix Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BickerFix, an AI-assisted dispute mediation app made by Hammertime Consulting LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using BickerFix, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
BickerFix helps two people work through a disagreement with AI-generated questions, summaries, and proposed resolutions. You sign in with an account (via Apple, Google, or email). Dispute content you write is shared with the other participant and processed by our AI provider to generate mediation assistance.
3. Not legal advice or professional mediation
BickerFix is a communication tool, not a substitute for legal advice, professional mediation, arbitration, counseling, or therapy. AI-generated summaries and resolutions are suggestions only and carry no legal weight. For legal disputes, consult a qualified attorney.
4. Eligibility
BickerFix is for adults. You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to create an account or use BickerFix. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the service.
5. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time in Settings or via the account deletion page. Deleting your account does not cancel any subscription; cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play settings.
6. Premium subscriptions
BickerFix offers an optional Premium subscription billed through Apple or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Premium does not transfer to a new BickerFix account.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use BickerFix to harass, threaten, or abuse any person; (b) submit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content; (c) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the app's source code; (d) interfere with the service's operation; (e) use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Content
You retain ownership of the dispute content you write. By using BickerFix, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content to dispute participants and to our AI provider as needed to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
BickerFix, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by Hammertime Consulting LLC. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal use.
10. Disclaimer
BickerFix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular mediation outcome.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hammertime Consulting LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of BickerFix or reliance on AI-generated content.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time as described above.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
